This promotion is only open to South African audiences with a South African delivery address, that are aged 18 and over.

Promotion Period: The giveaway ends on the 12th of December 2023. Entries open 8am – 8pm.
Prizes: One winner will be awarded each day. Prizes may differ from what is shown on the feed. All prices will be accompanied by a surprise pair of Tomy Takkies:

The prizes are only as stated above. No alternatives to the prizes will be offered, nor is there any cash equivalent.
Prizes will be sent to the confirmed south African address supplied by the winning entrants. Physical prizes will be sent an appropriate courier and vouchers will be sent to the provided email address. Prizes will be sent out by the 18th of December, but we cannot guarantee that your prize will arrive before Christmas.
Winner Selection: A winner will be chosen at random from the comment section using a random comment picker. You can only win one prize over the 12 days.
Winner Notification: The winner of each day will be contacted by DM within 48 hours of the prize draw. Winners are required to respond to the notification by 23:59(GMT) on the 15th of December 2023 to confirm eligibility and postal address. If a winner fails to respond by this date, then they will be disqualified, and an alternative entrant will be selected (a reserve).
Incomplete, illegal, misdirected, or late entries, or entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We take no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete, or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
The winners give permission for their social media handle to be used for publicity in connection with this prize draw. If a winner does not want their social media handle to be published, they should inform us when accepting their prize.
Data Protection: Bata and the competition sponsor(s) will be considered co-responsible parties (co-controllers) in terms of the POPIA. We will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will always be kept confidential.
We reserve the right to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the prize draw.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses, or claims suffered by entrants as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting a prize.
If for any reason the giveaway is not able to run as planned, we reserve the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway.
